The Measurement Process

Online or In Person

Generally taking 15-20 minutes to complete. If online, you'll need to bring the following items:

  • A person to assist you in the measurements,
  • 2 Elastic bands, with one to go around the thinnest part of your waist,
  • A Black Permanent marker to mark points on your shoulders and neck as reference points.


We will also need 8 Pictures of yourself with your shirt off and the elastic band on your waist to understand your body symmetry and visually check the measurements. The pictures are from the front, back, and both sides, with:

  • 4 of the pictures with your arms down by your sides,
  • 4 pictures with your arms up in your ballroom hold.
